Juniors Program

We are thrilled to announce the Calgary Pickleball Club’s 2025 Juniors Youth Program! Designed for young players eager to learn, grow, and have fun, this program is the perfect opportunity for youth to dive into the exciting world of pickleball.  Running from late March to the end of September, our program offers a variety of options for the absolute beginner to intermediate player:

• One-Day Introductory Clinics: Perfect for beginners looking to try pickleball in a fun, supportive environment.  If you’re new to the game or have never played before, this clinic will get you started on your Pickleball journey. Juniors can sign-up for one or more clinics. These 75 minute clinics will be held on March 30, May 4, June 1, June 8, July 5 and August 10. Clinics will start at 10am and 11:30am on these days.
• Multi-Week Beginner/Novice Lessons: Build skills and confidence with structured lessons over 3 weeks.
  April 5, 12, 26 or May 10, 24, 31 or June 7, 14, 21. Clinics will run 10am – 12pm on Saturdays.
• Weekend Beginner/Novice Lessons: Ideal for busy summer schedules, these sessions offer flexibility while focusing on the fundamentals. July 19 and 20 (Sat and Sun) or July 25 and 27 (Sat and Sun) or August 16 and 17 (Sat and Sun). 10am – 12pm each day.
• First-Ever Novice Juniors Tournament: A chance for young players to showcase their skills and compete in a friendly, encouraging setting. Save the Date: September 27, 2025.

All clinics and the tournament will be held at our facility partner, The Calgary Pickleball Center, located in Northeast Calgary.

Participants should attend all lessons in their course. Paddles can be provided.

CPC Junior Membership Details

2025 also includes the introduction of a CPC Junior Membership (Ages 8 – 17). The membership fee is a one-time annual club fee of $40 ($15 to CPC, $15 to Pickleball Alberta, $10 to Pickleball Canada). Being a club member has the following membership benefits:

• Insurance participant coverage.
• Ability to register for sanctioned tournaments.
• Discounts with our partners (see website for more details).

As part of our 2025 juniors kick-off campaign, the $40 CPC membership fee (includes Pickleball Canada and Alberta memberships) will be fully refunded with the registration of any multi-day clinic! (Limited quantities available) This is our way of making it easier than ever for juniors to get started and fall in love with Pickleball.
